Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid training sessions offered by DataField Chart Practice, including the Divergence Spotting Intensive, Private Chart Coaching, Indicator Foundations, and Weekly Study Circle visits.

2. General principles

Session fees cover printed materials, instructor time, and venue preparation. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel and whether materials have already been prepared or the session has started.

3. Divergence Spotting Intensive (deposit required)

• 14 or more days before start: Full refund of all payments, including deposit.
• 7 to 13 days before start: Deposit retained; any balance paid is refunded.
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund unless we can fill your seat from the waitlist, in which case a 50% refund of total fees applies.
• After day one begins: No refund.

4. Private Chart Coaching

• 48 or more hours before session: Full refund or free reschedule (one transfer).
• Less than 48 hours before session: 50% refund; materials already printed from your submitted charts are non-refundable.
• No-show: No refund.

Four-session blocks: unused sessions refunded at the single-session rate minus a 200,000 VND administrative fee if cancelled after the first session has taken place.

5. Indicator Foundations

• 7 or more days before class: Full refund.
• Less than 7 days before class: Credit toward a future foundations date within 6 months, or 50% refund.
• No-show: No refund.

6. Weekly Study Circle

Pay-on-arrival sessions require no advance payment. If you prepaid for a reserved seat and cancel before Tuesday of that week, a full refund applies. Cancellations after Tuesday are non-refundable because chart copies are already printed.

7. Rescheduling

We allow one free reschedule per booking when requested at least 7 days before the session date, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a 150,000 VND fee.

8. Cancellations by DataField Chart Practice

If we cancel a session due to instructor illness or venue unavailability, you receive a full refund or priority transfer to the next available date — your choice.

9. Non-refundable items

• Printed chart packs prepared specifically from your submitted PDFs
• Completed follow-up review calls
• On-site travel fees if the instructor has already departed for your location
• Deposits retained under the timeframes listed above

10. Refund process and timing

Email info@datafieldcore.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original bank account used for payment. We do not refund to third-party accounts.

11. Work already started

If you leave an intensive after day one has begun, or end a coaching session early, no partial refund applies for time already delivered.
